Who is behind it
Kemper Group was founded to unite two fascinating worlds, medicine and technology, and to put the best of each at the service of those who care for patients.
I have always been curious, eager to understand how things work and, above all, to discover how to make them better. Studying Biomedical Engineering allowed me to bring together two worlds I have always been passionate about: medicine and technology.
My international experience, the projects I have been part of and organising events taught me to work with very different people, to face complex problems and to turn ideas into something real. Over time I realised that what motivates me most is creating connections and finding solutions to problems that truly matter.
That is how Kemper was born. It represents my way of understanding innovation: listening, questioning, connecting ideas and using technology to turn them into useful solutions. Creating it also meant stepping out of my comfort zone; a path full of questions, lessons and challenges, but also of great excitement.
My education, my passion for data and innovation and, above all, the people I have met along the way are part of this story. And the most exciting thing is that we are still writing it.
