Do you work only in healthcare?
Yes. We work exclusively with doctors, clinics and hospitals. That is what allows us to understand the clinical problem before talking about technology.
How is my patients' data handled?
In line with the GDPR and Spanish data protection law. From the outset we agree with you which data is processed, where it is hosted and who can access it.
Do you sign a non-disclosure agreement?
Yes, before we learn the details of your case or your idea. Whatever you tell us stays between us.
Will I have to replace the systems I already use?
No. We start from what works in your practice and connect it wherever possible. Replacing only makes sense when what is there does not serve you.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the scope. After the first conversation we send you a written proposal with scope, timeline and price, with no surprises later.
How long until something is up and running?
We set it out in the proposal. We work in stages: a first version your team can test early, then improvements on top of it.
What happens after delivery?
We stay by your side. Support, maintenance and evolution of the tool as your department changes.
